How to Prepare the mixture;

Get a medium sized onion bulb and slice it into pieces like you normally do when you want to slice it into your stew. Pour all of it into a wide bowl and add cold water into the bowl containing the onions as shown in the diagrams below.


Once that is complete, the next thing to do is to leave the bowl that way until the next day, then your mixture will be ready.

How to use the mixture;

Every morning immediately you wake up, you should drink the mixture on an empty stomach. By empty stomach I mean you should drink the mixture before you even have your breakfast.

Now here are the health benefits of the mixture;
